Something Eloquent

I’ve already failed on that whole “daily” post­ing thing… Damn.

So any­ways, I’ve been busy mov­ing to Calgary this week (Finally) Changing over my drivers license was fairly trivial, how­ever, car insur­ance is a dif­fer­ent mat­ter. First I needed an out-of-province inspec­tion, which my damn car failed. Some stuff regard­ing the steer­ing box and front sus­pen­sion area. Long story short, I got a $1500 bill that I wasn’t pre­pared for.

Anyways. Maybe it’s a good idea to be put­ting money aside for things like this.

Anyways, the car now passes an inspec­tion. So I’m now try­ing to get car insur­ance. Apparently I’ll also have to “register”. Damn you private insur­ance, you’re so inconvenient!

Anyways, before I can get insur­ance the broker wants to see my drivers abstract and what­not in order to get a bet­ter price. On the plus side, it looks like full cov­er­age will only cost around $100 per month.
